Visual artist & curator, based in Cairo /Egypt. Born in 1980, graduated from the faculty of Art Education – Helwan university 2002. Mahmoud have been active in the Egyptian art scene from 2000 till present, the artist have 9 solo exhibition, beside participating in more than 180 exhibitions nationally & internationally. Hamdi is active in the Arts-management field worked as an artistic director & curator of many exhibitions and various events including alternative & official, also founder and co-founder of many independent & private spaces in Cairo.
